Chinatown YVR

Our team was tasked with developing a series of AR exhibits to drive engagement and excitement for the Chinatown Storytelling Centre, a small new museum in Vancouver’s historic Chinatown. We worked closely with the entire curatorial team to design and develop 5 augmented reality exhibits for the Centre, covering everything from historic recreation of Chinatown’s neon signs, to a hyper-realistic interactive exhibit about the experiences of one of Chinatown’s oldest war veteran. Our services included research, exhibit design, 3D reconstruction, as well as AR interaction development - basically everything from concept to execution once the curatorial team decided the topic of each exhibit.
